Our customer is a 3D printer who sells his products on Etsy and located abroad. The customer sells products of different dimensions and weights for buyers located also abroad, mainly overseas. The challenge was to assure multiple delivery solutions.
We regularly pickup the products from our customer by using consolidated parcels. Once the producs arrive to our Fulfillment Center, we aware of the specifics and understand the instructions we need for use the best forwarder carrier.
